To ensure that you order the correct size, measure your wrist with a measuring tape. Please measure connected and tight without any space in between. The size in cm is the size of the bracelet you order.

We take extra space into account.
So order the size you measure, without extra centimeters. Don't know what size you need because it is a gift? Then we recommend a size M or L for men. Would you like to measure an old bracelet? Then measure the entire bracelet (including clasp) and note this in the note of your order.

All Musthef bracelets are made by hand. If your wrist size is not listed, you can send an email with all your wishes to shop@musthef.nl. Or you can mention the wrist circumference in cm in the note when ordering the bracelet. We will then take this into account.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We aim for a delivery time of 1-2 working days. Because our bracelets are made by hand, we cannot guarantee that all bracelets will be delivered within the specified period.

We provide a lifetime warranty on your Musthef Bracelet. If your bracelet breaks within this period,
please contact shop@musthef.nl . We will provide a new Musthef bracelet.
This also applies if the bracelet is not in order after delivery.

Damage, defects and/or loss of parts due to the customer's own fault are not covered by the warranty.

Our bracelets are made of sustainable materials.

Here are some tips to keep your Musthef bracelets in good condition:

• Polish with a silver polishing cloth.
• Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume and deodorant.
• Store it in Musthef's luxurious storage box when you are not using it.

If you have lost the pin of the shackle, you can purchase it again in our webshop.

If the bracelet is too big or too small, you must send an email to shop@musthef.com within 7 working days.
stating your name and order number. After this we will contact you and exchange the bracelet for the correct size.

Yes, you may return your Musthef bracelet within 14 days without giving any reason.
This only applies if the item is still in its original condition.
Any tags are attached and the item is not damaged.

If you want to return your Musthef bracelet, you can download the return form on the link below.

Download return form

Or you can send an email to shop@musthef.com stating your name and order number.
You will then receive a confirmation email from us with the return form and further instructions.

If the above is in order, we will return the purchase amount to the relevant account within 14 days.

Please note: Return costs are for the customer.

If you have placed an order by bank transfer,
you must first pay the amount due before we will deliver the ordered goods.
